清BUS校巴時刻表：帳號與資料刪除

不需安裝 App 的刪除請求

  1. 請由登入清BUS 時使用的 Google 電子郵件寄信至 cuttlefishball.dev@gmail.com。
  2. 主旨寫「清BUS 帳號與雲端資料刪除請求」，說明要刪除帳號及相關雲端資料。
  3. 開發者會核對帳號身分、處理請求並回覆結果。如需額外核對，只會要求必要的帳號資訊；請勿傳送密碼、驗證碼或身分證件。

App 內刪除

在清BUS「設定」的 Google 帳號區域使用「刪除帳號與雲端資料」，閱讀提示後確認；必要時須重新登入驗證身分。此操作不可復原。登出或解除安裝並不會刪除雲端帳號。

會刪除的資料

Firebase Authentication 身分、雲端存檔與備份、付費及非付費家具、阿巴幣與扭蛋券、VIP 權益、使用者帳本及遊戲獎勵紀錄、排行榜個人資料／分數、可識別該帳號為檢舉者的紀錄、裝置帳號連線紀錄。

可能保留的資料及原因

全域購買驗證與防重複發放紀錄可能仍保留 UID、商品代碼及購買憑證雜湊，供防止購買詐騙或重複領取使用；目前沒有自動到期清除機制。第三方服務（包括 Google Play）自行管理的交易或其他資料不會由此操作刪除，請依其政策向該服務提出請求。刪除清BUS 帳號不會刪除 Google 帳號或自動退款。

若也要刪除本機資料，可使用 Android「設定 → 應用程式 → 清BUS → 儲存空間 → 清除資料」或解除安裝。詳見清BUS 隱私權政策。

TsingBUS Account and Data Deletion

Request deletion without installing the app

  1. Email cuttlefishball.dev@gmail.com from the Google email used to sign in to TsingBUS.
  2. Use the subject “TsingBUS account and cloud data deletion request” and request deletion of your account and associated cloud data.
  3. The developer will verify the account, process the request and reply with the result. Never send passwords, verification codes or identity documents.

In-app deletion

Open Settings and use “Delete account and cloud data” in the Google account area, review the warning and confirm. Recent sign-in may be required. Deletion is irreversible. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete the cloud account.

Deleted and retained data

Deletion covers Firebase Auth, user cloud saves/backups, furniture, coins/tickets, VIP entitlements, user ledgers/reward records, leaderboard profile/scores, identifiable reporter records and account-device sessions. Global purchase verification/deduplication records may retain UID, product IDs and purchase-token hashes to prevent purchase fraud and repeated claims; no automatic expiry is currently implemented. Records independently held by Google Play or other services follow their policies. Deleting TsingBUS does not delete your Google account or automatically refund purchases.
